  1. MSM and the real estate board have tricked an entire generation,,,wow. " The lack of supply" omg. pull your head out of the sand. ITS INTEREST RATES YOU IDI0T!!!! Raise interest rates!!!!. Old people will never sell, when they make 75k on their property every year. When they raise interest rates there will be plenty of "supply" . Then old people will cash out, and start investing in bonds again, downsizing, ,,,when they start losing 75k every year. Young people don't care. Time is on their side. On another note, rent will decrease for the less fortunate. etc. We all benefit in that society. Unlike whats happening now.

  2. No kidding.... grampa is not going to sell his 1965 bungalow he paid 7k for,,, if he;s earning 80k every year on its value. He's laughing, 🤣. Because the gov keeps lowering interest rates. That effects everything! Rent, demand and supply. There was once a time where old people sold their homes and invested in bonds, etc. 8-10 -12% interest. They don't need to do that now, they stay put and turn the house into a nursing home,,lol, Young people don't care if house values fall, time is on their side. RAISE INTEREST RATES !!!!!!!

  3. Look no further than what is happening in Canada. In most major cities a average house is 3/4 of million, then they rented at $2500 or $3000 k a month! A one bedroom apt in Toronto is 1500-2000 a month. Sometimes 10 people live in a 3 or 4 bedroom house. What do you expect, the interest rate is F' 'in zero. Makes the home owner feel rich,,,lol, if only they knew the truth. Now get back to work.
