  12. I do see a need for them to go to jail, but 99 years for theft? On wall street they scam more than that daily. When a broker gets arrested fore defrauding millions he might get 5 years. Walmart needs to change their system. Give gift cards as a refund, etc. This is preventable in the future. This isn't a new scam. Variations of this has been going on for years.
