  1. Has this early strain of the virus been sequenced? Is it the same strain found in early cases in the U.S? If the virus is found in the sewer, can it spread to animals such as rats or mice? What sparked the authority's interests to want to test the sewer for Sars-Cov-2 back in March of 2019?
