  1. So, they tried everything. Did you record every vehicle that passed the next over pass? around the time of the incident? If so, did you run the plates and check for criminal history? I think the investigator needs to go back and try again. There is cameras everywhere,,,do your job,,or move aside and let a younger more ambitious investigator take over.
