I watched a documentary that was similar to yours, but after the convention, the sphere was dropped in the parking lot and the smaller sphere rolled out, made a few clicking sounds then blew up. Thats why the Betz's can't be found today.

One thing that I notice, that doesn't make sense... Drinkers that drink every day, or smokers don't believe they're drug addicts. How many generations does that take? If you grew up or only hang out with non users,,,its like twilight zone stuff....and no ..we're not all religious, just living in reality and don't need drugs to be happy.

So, these people simply vanished? lol, yeah right. It was a National Enquirer story, so it was fiction, or these people would come forward, or could be found today. .

@Andrew-PoTate-O Its a tabloid story from the 70's, there is no Betz Family. Or blue people living in a cave in China. Thats another story I remember from the National Inquirer or SUN. .

@Blak2blue WEll, the parking lot, and the Betz Family were lost. It was terrible. Turned out to be a nuclear reactor.

@Andrew-PoTate-O Actors maybe? It was the 70's, you could not fact check anything. I remember many of the stories, but we knew it wasn't real. It was a tabloid

@Andrew-PoTate-O Its like a Bigfoot or UFO story, lots of video's and talk, but no proof. You have to prove something exists, before you can prove it doesn't. Entire families don't disappear. If they were real, and not hired actors, I think their kids, only in their 40's, would come forward, to sell their story.. would be a hard story to keep secret. lol.
