  1. The liberals lowered interest rates to Zero, which in turn ruin any opportunity for younger people to own a house. The rich and older people loved it while gaining 75-100k each year on their real estate. Elderly stopped selling/downsizing and simply took out reverse mortgages which created a bottle neck for young families. One elderly person living in a 4 bedroom house, rich owning 5 houses, rent for a one bedroom in T.O is $1700!!! etc, etc. RAISE INTEREST RATES PERIOD!!!!!
