  1. That's an easy question. They've been lowering interest rates for twenty years. Its at zero now,, so no where to go. Something will give, the feds will not be able to lower interest rates to save this dying industry much longer. Raise the F'in interest rates! Might hurt for a few years, but rent and house prices are killing us right now with no end in sight..
