  1. Not caused by "printing", but caused by real estate doubling if not tripling within 6-7 years. Every month the gov gives away lots of free money to the poor, disabled, and elderly. Just stop. When a 1963 bungalow is listing at a million dollars, everything follows. Notice no-one was complaining, until this year. RAISE INTEREST RATES TO 10% !! Problem solved within a few years, no "investment" is guaranteed, sorry you will be working for nothing soon.
