  3. This actually happened alot during the pandemic. I havn't seen my son for over 3 years. Police would do nothing. "Kidnapping or Abduction clause" wasn't on my Final court order. Told me to go to court, it was closed, and is now backed up 4 years. "Not an emergency, the child is with his mother" thats Canada.
