They should have cleared the debris from infront of the dam, or open the flood gates, if that failed, they should blew the dam. 30 years ago, there would have been 50 "real men", saving that dam, and all the properties down stream. These people just stood there and watched the water go around, fearing they could get hurt. They all need to be fired. ,,,they're useless. Then they stand back, and are are doing the same with the bridge. Scared little girlies. Blue state, go figure. The men were probably busy at a beauty contest.
