  5. That's living in a million dollar three bedroom 1962 bungalow. ...has a reverse mortgage of 10k per month tax free. Inflation is taking care of it every year.. She's also renting the basement for $1250 a month and part of her drive way for $150 a month. She's doin O.K. If she doesnt own property, they get a basic income in Canada, look it it up.
