  4. Like, you talk about common sense, the feds lowered interest rates to zero during Covid to save our GDP. it was predictable real estate prices would sore through the roof, and they did. That effected everything from rent to wages to grocery prices. Then when the feds raised interest rates, it was predictable that real estate prices would drop, BUT, the feds brought in over 5 million immigrants to combat that issue. The feds created all of this mess. I see no way out of this now, without mass deportations, and raising interest rates to at least 10%..
