  1. The US Government and particular the Biden Administration, know nothing abut the automotive industry. Why would I take their recommendation when deciding what car I want? There's about a half dozen Teslas in my area. I'm waiting to see how they fare over the winter with their low ground clearance and think tires. Imagine being caught in a blizzard with one of them and your battery goes down? No one's coming to the rescue with a 5 gallon gas can.
