  2. If anyone affiliated with a juror shot of his or her mouth, that's certainly a serious violation of protocol and cause for mistrial. I agree with the highly politicized and corrupt judicial system with which we are now dealing, especially in NYC, no one should get their hopes up. However, it is credible that Merchan sent out this letter. If the comment is from a troll, what's to stop Merchan from ignoring it and moving forward with no evidence one way or another? If it's true, how did a juror already know Trump was going to be convicted? I will say it's intriguing to think maybe this case blows up like Fanni Willis, Jack Smith and the classified document BS. Fingers crossed.
