  1. You're right about clickbate: Get everyone all revved up, then back off and say it's not all that bad. I just read an extensive article in The Washington Compost on a rare occasion when they publish something worthwhile. It stated emphatically that the dam is not in danger of failing, but the spillways are way overloaded. According to the Post 180,000 people have been evacuated. It's interesting to note Governor Jerry Brown has asked Donald Trump for help. Does CA still want to secede from the Union? Thank you, as usual, for excellent commentary.
