  4. Harris stated debt relief would be "up to" $10,000 meaning you won't even get that unless you owe so much that 10 grand is meaningless anyway.

  5.  nowonyuno  If you owe $16,000 you won't get $10,000 in relief. You'd be lucky to get half that, if anything. The rest is on you. It's all a scam just like those unsolicited loan offers you get in the mail.
