  3. Electronic voting as opposed to using tons of paper sounds like a good idea to me but they machines should be made secure. There's no excuse for why that goal cannot be attained what with the technology we have today. Congress doesn't want to do anything about the problem just as they don't want to do anything about the southern border. In the end, the inaction always seems to benefit democrats.
