Trump won the popular vote. He took 30 states. Hillary took 20 and the District of Columbia. Way more than half the nation voted for Trump. To me that's winning the popular vote. Besides, the popular doesn't count. Electoral votes count. He took plenty of those. Hillary's finished. So it Obama.
