  1. He's the worst because the damaging decisions he made were done deliberately, not because he didn't knew what he was doing. The decisions may have come form his advisors, but he's the man at the top and takes the blame.

  4. Some have said James Buchanan was the worst president because of the civil war. That ranks Biden as second worse. But to say Biden the worst in modern times is certianly correct.
