  3. Intimidation is threatening a witness or attempting to bribe him or her before they testify. Tweeting an opinion of someone via tweet, who's already testifying and was read the tweet by dickhead Adam Schiff, hardly constitutes intimidation. If anyone intimidated Yavanovitch, it was Schiff!
