  1. A local racetrack by us has what looks to be at least a 10-acre field of solar panels designed to run the place, and probably not 100% of it. You'd have to cover half the country with solar panels to generate enough electricity to be significant. Maybe people and wildlife can move to the other half. Boundaries as yet to be determined.
