  1. He was asked directly many times during the campaign if he'd stack the Supreme Court and he wouldn't answer the question. He basically said we'll address that after the election implying he would win. The Supreme Court could have kept Biden out of the White House and did nothing. They knowingly signed their own death warrant. Go figure.
