  11. Nursing home scandal would have set off calls for the resignation of Whitmer, Pritzker and Murphy, so that was down played. Sexual harassment gave the democrats the perfect out they needed to throw Cuomo under the bus for appearance sake but save the others. Newsom's head is on the block, too. Imagine 3 more added to that?
