  2. I would suggest CA's attempts at decriminalizing people is an effort to keep them out of prison and the legal system because they can't afford to process and house them. CA's budget is strained and this sort of action is, in part, the result. Only CA would have an AG named Xavier Becerra. Federal officials should arrest him and Moonbeam Brown. The federal government needs to get very tough with CA. ICE should go after the AG and Governor as part of their criminal roundup.
