  1. What about Romney? Romney's vote is particularly hypocritical, as he voted against her appointment to a lower court judgeship. But now that she's a candidate for the highest court in the land he's all in. Don't try to make sense of it.

  2. With regard to Romney, Collins and Murkowsky, it's "representatives" like them that account for Congress's approval rating being in the single digits. The Jackson confirmation isn't going to mean much in practical terms. She'll be another Sotomayor, but outvoted by the conservative judges Trump appointed.

How many other qualified people were denied the opportunity to even compete for the position, regardless of race or gender, as Biden took advantage of Brown to use as a shield against being called racist? Do you think for one minute Biden actually give a damn about Brown?
