  1. Biden doesn't know what he's talking about. Democrats barely have a majority in the House. A few democrats have defected and are voting with republicans in the Senate giving them a defacto majority and making Harris's tie-breaking vote a moot point. Trump remains the most popular figure in the GOP and a strong influence on policy of the party. It's been suggested he might become Speaker Of The House. Imagine that! :-)
