  1. Fallout escalates? Why? Trump is Comey's boss. Comey wasn't doing his job, so Trump fired him. Trump was perfectly within his right to do. Trump is making a fool of the media and the democrats and they keep falling for it.

  2. OK, so spell it out to me. What's a conflict of interest when the boss fires you for not doing your job? Why aren't democrats rejoicing over this? They hated Comey back in October. Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Bernie Sanders and Maxine Waters, to name a few, all called for his replacement.

  4. Obama wouldn't have fired Comey, or Lynch, if they held up the White House staff at gunpoint. The investigation is a farce and will prove nothing. In the meantime, it will go on without Comey, maybe even better. In the end, they will find nothing. The election took out Lynch. Trump just finished the job with Comey. Trump's his boss and has every right to fire him. He wasn't doing his job, so he was canned. End of story. It will have no effect on any ongoing investigations.

All I see are angry democrats, humiliated by a scorching loss in last year's election, filled with hate and hell-bent on vengeance against the current administration. That is no way to attain political influence. The investigation will reveal nothing. Trump confirmed Comey wasn't investigating him, then fired him anyway for lackluster performance. Trump's the boss. Comey was the subordinate and "the boss" chose to fire him. End of story.

You make me laugh at suggesting people work together for the betterment of the country when all I see is protests and attempts to undermine the president from the new "party of resistance" that would hate Trump even if he paved the streets with gold. I'm all for pulling together for the common good. Democrats these days have one goal in mind: Take down Donald Trump. Yes, let's put differences aside and work together. Tell that to Chuck Schumer, Maxine Waters, Nancy Peolsi, democrats in the senate and John McCain, among others.

I'm afraid Obama's more ethical behavior in some instances hardly excuses his corruption, dishonesty and general mishandling of just about everything as he attempted to transform the nation into some kind of Utopian socialist paradise. Obviously the voters were not buying the agenda he was trying to sell or shove down our throats. Thank God that guy is gone along with his side kick Loretta Lynch.   15. The economy under Obama recovered in the coastal ares, but not in the rust belt. Obama did nothing for Detroit or Chicago's south side, to name just two. So Hillary lost the Midwest. She also lost Florida despite the Hispanic vote. 800,000 jobs a month? whee did you get that figure? The mortgage collapse you mentioned was the result of Clinton's policies to make homes affordable to those who couldn't afford them. Eventually it all fell apart on Bush's watch. That's not a defense of Bush, but don't forget who really caused the problem.

  17. Bush was a horrible president. I voted for John Kerry and Obama twice. Obama was a huge disappointment. Apparently a lot of people agree with me as the democrats suffered a stunning defeat in last year's election and steadily lost seats in congress and governorships all through Obama's administration. If he was doing as well as you claim, what's the reason his party lost so much support?

  18. Who said they are spies. We have Russian diplomats visiting the country all the time as well as those from many other countries. It seems as if anything Russian today is immediately suspect. We'd be smart to cultivate good relations with them or at least tolerate them so we can partner to defeat ISIS. Roosevelt hated Stalin, but got along with him in the interests of defeating Hitler. Russia later turned its back on us, but never did us any harm. What exactly do you think the Russians are going to do?

  27. After everything Comey outlined about Hillary's extreme negligence in his press conference July 7, last year, he stated there's no reason to indict her? We also know Lynch was in the tank for Hillary and never would have approved the charges, or she would have stone walled until after the election. The president is the only person with the authority to fire the head of the FBI so how is it you say Comey doesn't work for him? Trump was Comey's boss. None of this has to do with FOX News, which, by the way, I do not watch. If Comey worked for anyone, it was Hillary Clinton. You seem like another Trump hater upset that he won the election.

Hillary's the one with a string of bodies associated with her, e-mail scandal, tampering with evidence and lies about Benghazi, just to name a few. I'd also like to know specifically how the Russians "took care" of the election. Whee's the evidence? Don't count on Trump going anywhere any time soon. I would be worried about many democratic big fish.

  29. She was vindicated because her buddy Loretta Lynch, who committed a serious felony by meeting with Bubba Bill, would never move to indict her. The e-mail case will be re-opened. See if she's vindicated then when a more honest DOJ head, who's not an Obama puppet, is now in charge.

People will be talking about it decades from now. not just me. I fail to see the harm in mentioning Hillary in context with Trump's historic win and her historic loss.
