The inflation, the lawlessness, the open border, poking the Russian bear, covidization and the increasing social disruption at home are the deliberate policies of the cabal behind the Biden regime. Their flunky and his minions don't admit it that it's deliberate, because that's not how the New World Order socialism is achieved, but they don't apologize for it either. Why should they?
