  3. According to the Washington Post, Roberts “has long been considered one of the Republicans’ heavyweights amid the largely Democratic Washington legal establishment.” Sounds good to me! :-)

  4. Roe Vs. Wade legalizes abortion nationwide. If states choose to restrict or outlaw it that's not a federal matter. Frankly, I don't think government at any level should dictate to women what they can and can't do with their reproductive organs. Outlaw R v W and a black market will be created. Women who want an abortion will always find a way to get one no matter what. To me it's a personal matter for a woman, family and friends to decide. No one has the right to meddle in it. Kavanaugh has shown no interest in reversing R v W.
