  2. Americans face the horrifying possibility that Hillary Clinton could become the president of the republic and the commander-in-chief of the armed forces. If by some cruel twist of fate she makes it into the Oval Office, what we've seen of her so far will be mild by comparison. She'll have obtained the absolute power she craves and been confirmed, yet again, in her belief that she, like Obama before her, has been annointed to transform the country into a liberal utopia by whatever means it takes, legal or otherwise. With appeasers, like Mitch McConnell, in opposition it ought to be a walkover for her.
