  2. He loves Cuba's communist style government, or at least his advisors do. Any request for anything from Biden is filtered through Obama and Rice, maybe others. I highly doubt Biden is capable of making an independent decision on anything. Unelected communist sympathizers are running the country. They basically have no problem with Cuba and love China.
