  1. Sounds like human nature no matter how old you are. I drive a school bus for my local district and for a local summer camp. The kids stick to me like a magnet. I'm older and don't consider myself particularly attractive anymore, but it doesn't seem to matter. Maybe that debunks your theory? I always treat them with kindness and respect. Maybe that makes a difference? Ideal with ages K-12 and they all like me.
