  5. Model X Tesla: 100 grand. OK, you get $4500 back. Big deal. Cheapest Tesla: $45000. Still a drop in the bucket except you won't get the $4500 for that. It'll be less. It'll be one of hose "up to" amounts like the junk mail credit card offers you get.
