Yuhp! it's exactly what Trump did although he didn't intend to do that in the beginning. Trump now own Kamala Harris and she probably doesn't even know it. She's taking her marching orders from him. Even at that it'll be a fluff piece visit to an area not as hard hit as the Rio Grande Valley. She's afraid to show her face there.
