After Brexit, is it possible American polls are wrong too? Yes, it's very possible. Probably almost a certainty. Trump 2016!

GeorgeTunez I think he's going to win maybe even by a landslide.

CaptainMacNasty Regardless of those statistics, I'm having a hard time believing this country would be so foolish as to elect Hillary Clinton for any reason. What also leaves me puzzled is how people can talk so emphatically about her candidacy and possible win with the dark cloud of an FBI criminal investigation hanging over her head? Until that matter is resolved, how can we be so presumptuous? Evidence continues to mount as to her wrong doing and most likely conviction. Just a recommendation for indictment will be extremely damaging to her already sordid reputation.

CaptainMacNasty "The facts are that the FBI is very reluctant to issue indictment recommendations for a major candidate in an election year, since it is not their job to unduly influence elections (You're right. That would be Obama! Actually it's more as if he's tried to influence the case which is also not his job.)....especially when it is clear that a conviction is questionable at best." If a conviction were "questionable at best" the FBI would not be putting the effort and resources into the investigation that it has. Don't forget that James Comey is an Obama appointee. This is a shining example of what's wrong with the political arena in this country. Since she's a major candidate in an election year, she's theoretically exempt from the law? I'm not convinced a conviction is questionable judging by all the evidence against her. She knowingly ignored protocol for handling top secret government communications. She knew it and Obama knew it. But she skates because she's Hillary Clinton? And this is only the tip of the iceberg. That galls the hell out of me. Trump tore her to shreds in his recent speech pointing out just some of her deficiencies. He didn't state anything that wasn't true. Hillary laughed it off and dismissed it all as lies and fabricated conspiracies; her on-going defense whenever confronted with opposition. A very large segment of the American public has become disenchanted with establishment politicians, of which she is a classic example. Thus the rise in Sanders and Trump. Sanders has not yet conceded the nomination to her nor did he make the traditional congratulatory phone call when the questionable results were in. I'm not particularly concerned about Trump's expenditures regarding his campaign when I look at Hillary's shenanigans and lies, and not just about her e-mail scandal. She's been accused of voter fraud, racketeering and taking money from countries hostile to many of our people in America. That's not to mention her outright lie about Benghazi. Trump is a patriot who wants to give back to the country that did so much for him to succeed in business. He doesn't need the job or certainly what it pays. He's willing to put his life on hold to take the bull by the horn and try to straighten out the corrupt Washington political machine that's rife with cronyism. Hillary seems to thinks she's "entitled" to the presidency as she tries to satisfy her lust for power. Why doesn't she retire to her lovely home in NY and enjoy her grand kids? She's a scourge on the American political scene, as is her serial rapist husband. We would all be better off to never see or hear from either of them again.

Yes, I saw the story on George Will. the liberal media had a field day with it. I left the GOP over GWB thinking a president couldn't be any worse. Then Obama came along and sold the entire nation a bill of goods. I've since rejoined the party and support Trump. I will never vote for "Obama II," Hillary. George Will can do whatever he wants to make a statement. Notice he's not endorsing Hillary, either. He's become unaffiliated. There are a few prominent republicans out there sulking over Trump's success and sitting in the corner pouting because their establishment candidate, such as Jeb Bush, didn't get the nomination they naively thought he would attain hands down. If George Will knows so much let him run for president. I couldn't care less what George Will does.

GeorgeTunez I don't understand your reply.

CaptainMacNasty It's people like you who are enemies of the republic just like Hillary herself. If you dislike conservative values so much I would suggest you move to Canada or the European Union, while there's still something left of it. We do not need people like you in the United States. I'd like to know how you can possibly believe Hillary's policies will benefit the nation and make it stronger.
