  1. Mueller can't say no without attaching some conditions to it. Trump's innocent, but... He'll drop a few stink bombs in his report probably to try and save face a bit because he basically, after 2 years and 30 million taxpayer dollars, has nothing. As Mueller waffles, the dems will take that as a que to ratchet up any nonsense they can put together going forward.
