  3. Kudlow talks a good game, but we'll see how it goes. Uncle Sam should forgive student loans and taxes rather than mail checks to everyone. Some debt forgiveness would help more than anything. My tax bill, now due July 15, is $2000. My wife and I should get $2400 from the stimulus package then I can turn around a give most of it back to them. What annoys me more than anything is all the pork stuffed into this bill. There should be a law against bill riders no matter what they are. This should have been a clean bill.
