  2. Chinese (or Korean, or Japanese, or Thai) culture and outlook are quite different from ours and the Europeans'. Multiculturalism hasn't yet caught on in China. They don't gush over "diversity" and bend over backwards to "celebrate difference." The world isn't one, big happy place for them where everybody is at heart the same. They respect strength, which is why they like Trump and considered Obama a wuss. News flash for the Left: The Chinese, the Koreans and the Japanese have had a policy all along of putting themselves first, ruthlessly, if necessary. They therefore recognized in Trump, who declares that he will put the interests of America first, a kindred spirit. The whole dynamic is changed, thanks to Donald Trump. The American Left sides with Kim Jong-un, naturally, and once again the Trumpster is putting the dunce cap on them and standing them in the corner. The NPR crowd won't get it. They never do.
