  2. Friends of mine have lived in Brooklyn their entire lives. They refuse to leave. It's been going downhill since 1957 when the Dodgers left, but many hang on. I've heard some parts are so bad you're not safe to drive through in your car. Other areas are still very nice. Mill Basin?
