  11. Does Detroit plow its streets or rely on cars driving around to pack down the snow? This is America? Pathetic! Where are the politicians trying to do something about this? I think I saw kitty footprints in the snow down one of the alleys! :-) Every so often a house appears that still has the lights on as some try to hang in there.
