  1. Kim Klacik ran for office in November 2020 on a platform of cleaning up this mess at least in the 7th district. She was kicked to the curb by voters. These people obviously don't want change. Let them continue living in squalor.

  2. How many people in these neighborhoods are unemployed? Why aren't they out cleaning up the litter? I bet the city would be willing to help if they organized and made the effort.
