  1. Wow, what a tough call. Baltimore might edge out Philly just a little but it's essentially a tie. There's no excuse for any part of the US to look like this. You Tube is full of videos from all over the country of run down, impoverished areas. It's a travesty.

Republican Kim Klacik ran for the 7th district of Baltimore in 2020 in an effort to clean up that part of the city but was kicked to the curb in favor of incumbent democrat Kweisi Mfume who replaced 23 year veteran democrat, and corrupt to the core, Elijah Cummings. Even when help and change is offered, they don't want it.
