  3. Nothing but corruption and mismanagement. Kim Klacik ran a brilliant campaign to try and clean this place up 2 years ago. She was kicked to the curb and Kweisi Mfume re-elected who came in on he heels of highly corrupt Elijah Cummings who did nothing for 20 years but steal money. You get what you vote for, guys.
