  1. Obviously all of Detroit isn't bad. I'd bet a lot of these homes are old money; people that have been wealthy a long time and were not effected by the downturn in the auto industry. I see a few of the houses are for sale. I wonder how they feel about "the other side of town?"

  4. They're called "rolling stops." I do it all the time! :-) It's hard not to. To come to a complete halt and sit there when no one's around is almost impossible.

  5. If you come to a full stop and don't see anyone, you might accelerate into them anyway. There's no end to the what ifs and maybes.
