  1. Ford Motor Company has bought the Michigan Central railroad station and is renovating it. 2500 jobs will be there when completed.

  2. Frankai: I'm sure some are on but I saw quite a few neighborhoods that didn't have them at all.

  3. Some businesses have moved into downtown and renovated quite a few buildings including the old Michigan Central train station. There's a little bit of good news, but a lot of work is still needed. These neighborhoods must be scary at night with no street lights.
