  2. It doesn't look as bad as Detroit. I see a lot of vacant lots. I guess some structures have been torn down. Poor black guy being arrested by mean old white police. Certainly he couldn't have done anything wrong! :-) No street lights in some areas. That must be scary at night. Interesting. I'll stay where I am in the Northeast. Thank you.
