  2. Imagine these hoods at night. I don't see many street lights. This east side needs some north side injected into it. I did see one home getting new siding. Somebody's doing a fix up. I'd have my house lit up with flood lights like the Omega Man at night.

  8. @Dacia Sandero guys Charlie Bo did a video n a bad neighborhood in Indianapolis and interviewed a girl who lived there her whole life and is still there. Some people don't want to leave these places.
