  2. Is there any building that isn't abandoned? This is totally unacceptable that a nation a wealthy as the United States shod have this kind of blight in its cities as we pump billions into foreign aid.

  3. There are some very nice, expensive and exclusive areas of Detroit still. Old money, I assume. But even those areas have an abandoned home here and there.
