  2. Based on what I've seen, this place isn't nearly as bad as Detroit that's rampant with vandalism, aarson and trash and junk piled up everywhere. I could live in the historic district, but have no idea where you go for anything: Food, doctors, convenience stores, etc. There is nobody around.

  15. Agreed. You can visit poor neighborhoods of other ethnic backgrounds and won't see that. It seems indigenous mostly to blacks. Look at any poor neighborhood populated by them and you see the same thing.
