  2. Isn't this Russians fighting Russians? How are they perceived as an enemy? Since so much damage has been done to life and property, Putin should take Kiev and simply get this over with. The US will never be successful in negotiating peace, especially with the Biden Regime in charge. NATO seems equally ineffective.
